Antistatic chairs should have surface treatment measures for equipment used in production workshops, such as workbench seating, to effectively change the surface impedance of various materials, so that they do not generate static electricity when rubbed or prevent static charges from accumulating.
Anti static(ESD) chairs are essentially composed of three parts: the ESD chair seat surface with its tray frame, the supporting part of the ESD chair with a height-adjustable gas lift, and the ESD chair's five-star base with casters or foot cups. The main principle is to 'connect' or 'ground' the human body to the earth through the ESD chair and ESD shoes, thereby achieving the purpose of discharging static electricity to the ground.

1. If you choose to add an extended pneumatic lift rod to increase the seat height, you can also add a foot ring to enhance comfort.
2. Choose anti-ESD swivel casters for easy mobility; choose anti-ESD static foot cups (also called suction cups) for stability.
3. Chairs suitable for clean rooms include PP injection-molded chairs and PU foam chairs due to their high cleanroom purification level.
4. Chairs with better comfort are PU/PVC leather chairs.
Available chair types include: anti-ESD leather round chairs, anti-ESD PU foam round chairs, anti-ESD PP injection-molded stools, anti-ESD PU foam backrest lift chairs, anti-ESD leather lift backrest chairs, anti-ESD PP injection-molded four-leg chairs, injection-molded lift chairs, stainless steel round stools, stainless steel four-leg stools; other unspecified types can be customized according to requirements.
Pneumatic lift rods are available in 100mm, 160mm, 220mm, 240mm, 280mm, 330mm, etc., and can lift seats from 20cm to 90cm. For lifts exceeding 160mm, it is recommended to equip a foot ring for comfortable leg placement during work.
Five-star bases include nylon plastic five-star bases, chrome-plated steel tube five-star bases, and aluminum alloy five-star bases. Five-star bases come in different sizes, which should be selected based on needs.
Casters and foot cups include ordinary non-ESD nylon casters and foot cups, anti-ESD material casters and foot cups, and aluminum alloy conductive casters and foot cups.
Users can freely mix and match various configurations of anti-ESD work chairs, and we also accept custom orders for both anti-ESD chairs and regular work chairs, designed and produced according to user requirements.
